I have this problem with google maps and the blue navigation app by that I mean when I update google maps it totally erases my navigation app from site on the phone and all of my stop history and my super familiarity with that app will disappear. Very frustrating and i thought it was gone until I went to VZ store and they eventually called direct to Motorola. Seems the google map updates would delete the app from the phone screen and all of my history. I had to proceed to delete all of the google map updates and then my regular app popped back up. I use the navigation app.. (the blue triangle) everyday for work from the time I leave till I get home. Long story short I don't update google maps anymore and I had to call Motorola direct for that simple solution. Maybe they can help u with this issue too.
Sorry it took so long to get back. I just decided to get rid of the app in general and get a gps. Thank you to everyone that helped
