I didn't mean to confuse you PhilipY. I apologize. When you say Exchange, this type of e-mail is using a corporate e-mail, from an employer. Here is how you can add and set up your Gmail onto your iPhone 5s. http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/64914/ Please make sure all settings are exact.
