Is there a way that you can override the passcode put on the Settings/General/Restrictions passcode? My son setup that one instead of the his screen lock on accident (restricting his phone to "no apps allowed" and not doesn't remember the code. Can we override it somehow without having to reset his entire phone? He doesn't want to loose all this game progress etc. We didn't have icloud setup or anything. Any advice?

Hi MoandBoys - We want you to have full control of your device once again! If you do not remember the passcode then the device will need to be reset. If the device was backed up via iTunes or has an Apple ID registered the games can be restored however I am unable to guarantee the progress will be saved on each. Here is a link with instruction on restoring the device: http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/39607/
