Since I did the factory reset, the phone is working well. No more issue
with WiFi and unexpected flash discharges. Only you can make the decision
to update, but I am happy with the phone since I upgraded.
Yea I understand, just curious if anyone knows, that if they allegedly pulled the update then why am I able to update if I choose to do so. Also , what is the standalone app you use please, what is "program data".... Does the back up save all the apps that we downloaded and all the passwords and data in our apps?

I use App Backup and Restore to backup my programs. My passwords are backed
up with Password Manager which I can access online.

I'm so angry with this that as a long time Verizon customer I'm contemplating moving two phones to another provider. Over and Over again Verizon shows me that they don't care. They've blown away my SD card, removed access to folders, and totally jacked-up my working phone.

What exactly is the issue with the SD card? Try the steps in .
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
