How to reactivate old phone (after factory reset) for game use only?

I performed the factory reset on my old Droid X in order to let my kids use it for wi-fi games only. After performing the factory reset, it is requiring me to reactivate the phone. Is there a way to bypass the reactivation? I don't want to use it for making calls, only games.
