Is AT&T better than Verizon?

Is AT&T better than Verizon overall? They're both expensive companies so I know I will not be winning with price. Does the iPhone work better being with AT&T? The LTE is crappy on my iPhone and I am not switching back to an android just because the LTE was better on the S4 I had.

Verizon has better LTE coverage overall. However they cannot be better than other companies in every location. It's possible that where you are located AT&T has better coverage than Verizon. To answer your question directly, no. AT&T is not better than Verizon overall. I would check with AT&T and see if they can offer you better LTE coverage where you live.

I've had both and I personally havent had a problem with either company. Service is great with both and prices as you said are pretty comparible.. So just depends on your areas that you are at most and if att has more coverage in those areas than verizon.

That would certainly depend on the area in which you live. I am sure AT&T is better is some areas and Verizon in others.

One thing to keep in mind on AT&T, the iPhone can do voice & data simultaneously while it cannot on Verizon.

My LTE seemed to work fine when I had an android phone but ever since getting the iPhone service with LTE has been very spotty here.

That's what I like too! It's rare that I search while on the phone but sometimes when I do want to, it would be nice to have that option!

You may also want to keep in mind, the S4 you had COULD search while on the phone.

I didn't think about that lol. It's rare that I try to be on the phone and search the web at the same time but I am sure you're right. I should just go back to a hard brick Nokia haha. I didn't have all these problems lol.

96797 is my primary zip code. The customer service reps are saying because I'm on base or inside a certain type of building that is where my network is spotty but when I had the  S4 my network service was just fine.
