My S4 isn't letting me call or receive calls at all. It says that mobile network is not available. My internet still works fine, and my texts will still send but only after a message comes up that says no signal found for mobile networks. I've tried restarting it and nothing changes, and I took the battery out for about 5 mins and put it back in and nothing helped. Anyone have a solution? Please reply

Haynesga, thanks for being so proactive. Can you try this: http://vz.to/Ht62on and retest? Please keep us posted.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the SIM card. sometimes you have to do this to reconnect to the network. Make sure you have the battery removed first.

Hi Haynesga,
Let's locate your missing signal! I would be frustrated as well if my device was not working properly. What error message do you hear when you place a call? What zipcode are you in? Is Mobile Networks turned on http://vz.to/19NeRCA? Is Global Roaming turned on as well? Keep me posted.
Thanks,

When I try to call someone it brings up a message that says mobile network is not available. My zip code is 29349, Mobile Networks is turned on and Global Roaming is not. But I've never had global roaming on and have never had a problem until now.
