I just upgraded to the new iphone5c on 9/20-the wall charger that came with the phone no longer charges the phone-also tried it with my husband's phone. Will Verizon exchange it or do I have to contact Apple?
It doesn't seem to be the phone as my husband's wall charger will charge my phone as well as the car charger.
Hello there jmnaujoks! What a strange thing to see a new charger fail. Sorry for that, but you can return to the original point of sale with your device for a assistance with this matter because the warranty does cover it a long as the device isn't physically damaged. Best wishes!
