When you reply to the e-mails that come from the forum, you are posting to the Verizon Community forum, not sending a private reply to a Verizon rep. Anything that's in your message is posted to this public forum. As stated in my earlier post, posting private information (such as your full name, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) is against the forum's Terms of Service and should instead be shared with Verizon reps via Direct Message.
