A: In order to add contacts to the Emergency Contacts, you will need to unlock your phone, and go to your Address Book. Then go to the "Groups" tab, and there is a group called "ICE - emergency contacts". Add the contacts in here, and they will display in the emergency calls section of your lock screen.
Our issue was that we had the phone locked down but couldnt set the 2 contacts we wanted him to have access to ONLY for calls and text. After we went into the account and clicked icontacts enabled we were able to choose the parents.
Also, it was a whole nother beast trying to edit the account info stuff until we turned off the Content & Privacy settings temporarily.
